As I revisited these songs in order to compile this EP, I felt as though I were listening to them with virgin ears. Time has driven a wedge between me and all me's past, rendering me able to objectively critique these same works which I once considered no less than the vomit of my soul, works which I recorded with only as much ease as one would sever their own limbs.

Suicide Dragons- Awesome Death

We've been milking Awesome Death for over two years now. We've no shame.
This was recorded in 2007, when Nic and I lived in San Francisco. Dark times. Strange how that manifested into this. We had returned to adolescence (albeit drunk this time). Richard Youngs recorded the Sapphie EP when his dog died; we recorded this when our dreams died.
